Dennis Appel elected to executive committee of AHRI
(5 Dec 2014) Dennis Appel, President of Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions (HTS) Division, was elected to the executive committee of The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) at its Annual Meeting held November 16-18 in Carlsbad, California.
Dennis has been a board member of AHRI for two years. Having spent his entire career working with Luvata and Outokumpu, Dennis has worked at various locations worldwide including Malaysia, China, Switzerland and the USA in quality, engineering, sales and management positions. Today Dennis is President of the Luvata HTS division, the world’s biggest coils-coolers-and-coatings group serving the HVAC&R and Industrial markets.
AHRI is the trade association representing manufacturers of air conditioning, heating, commercial refrigeration, and water heating equipment. An internationally recognized advocate for the industry, AHRI develops standards for and certifies the performance of many of these products.
