FABTECH 2010 brings new opportunities for Luvata
FABTECH 2010 held November 2-4, 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia, presented Luvata Ohio with the ideal opportunity to showcase its expanding line of resistance and arc welding products, along with its other specialty formed products. FABTECH is North America’s largest metal forming, fabricating, welding and finishing event bringing together over a half a million buyers and sellers.
“With the continued consolidation of the expo, FABTECH 2010 provides us with the perfect opportunity to meet with many of our resistance and arc welding customers, along with our connector and plumbing customers all at one show,” says Greg Chambers, NA Welding Segment Manager with Luvata Ohio.
“It wasn’t a big surprise that this year’s show seemed better attended than last year as we clearly saw an increase in the number of visitors to our booth. Our new products, including MIG tips, brazing wire and specialty formed products, seem to have caught the attention of some potential customers as well,” indicates Chambers.
FABTECH 2010 was cosponsored by the American Welding Society (AWS), the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association, International (FMA), the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) and the Chemical Coaters Association International (CCAI). Industry partners for this event are the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and the Association for Manufacturing Technology (AMT). Next year’s show will be held November 13-16, 2011 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
