Opportunity provides customers with intimate view of new KCE range of condensers and dry coolers
Luvata Italy S.r.l – global leader in the production of heat exchangers, air conditioning units, commercial and industrial refrigeration – today announced that it will host a seminar for clients to demonstrate the innovative characteristics of the new KCE line and other exciting additions to its 2010 air units catalogue.
The event will take place at the company’s facility in Pocenia on the 22nd and 23rd March 2010, immediately preceding Expocomfort in Milan. This detailed and technically oriented training session reconfirms the company’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the partnerships with its clients.
“A critical part of our promotional activity includes the transfer of our research and development results and the corresponding product knowledge to our commercial partners,” said Giovanni Simeoni, VP Heat Transfer Solutions Division Sales & Marketing. “This will be an excellent opportunity for exchange with our commercial partners, who have eagerly anticipated the KCE development and who are the real propellers of a product’s success in a competitive market. It will be a great pleasure to welcome them all together to preview our new products for 2010.”
The KCE range
KCE – the evolution of ACE - is the innovative ECO Coils&Coolers condenser range with capacity from 6,2 to 1.060 KW that includes a wide choice of options and a completely overhauled and improved concept that assures the reliability of the product over time.
The results include an innovative design that - shifting the carrying structure from the coil to the side panels – offers solid support to the coil and halts elastic oscillations. New casing materials including galvanized steel and pre-painted galvanized steel have been incorporated in order to maximum sturdiness and enhance corrosion resistance and are all included in its elegant design.
Owing to its superior structural design and adaptability, the KCE can meet the most demanding configuration requirements. The flexibility of the KCE line now makes it possible to optimize the number and diameter combinations of the fan motors to ensure a greater linearity within the available space.
In addition to the 500 mm and 630 mm diameter fan motors, the KCE introduces the 710 mm diameter fan motor version. Intended for outdoor applications, this new series is particularly suitable for the close-control segment, where the number of motors to noise ratio is an important consideration. To meet the increasing demand for heat dissipation in precision air conditioning systems, the availability of the 710 mm diameter motors facilitates the management of the condensing section with a lower number of fan motors.
In the low-medium power KCE, the outfitted fan motors in the “HyBlade*” series deliver a significant reduction in weight, along with an efficient structure, decreased noise level and improved operating efficiency. Fan motors for models with greater motor diameter (800mm, 910 mm and 1000m) will also have a low noise impact and similar optimized performance. The exceptionally low noise emission, minimum levels of 16 db(A) at 10 meters, is at least a 75% reduction in comparison to previous units. As an added possibility the KCE line offers the optional electronic control switch solution (EC Technology).
“The KCE line represents an unprecedented evolution of Luvata’s condensers and liquid coolers,” says Umberto Di Barbora, Product Manager at Luvata Italy. “It has been a challenging project and we take great pride in asserting that KCE is a groundbreaking product, with a vast potential also in liquid cooling for the most advanced and demanding industrial applications”. * Produced by EBM-PAPAST
