Luvata has launched a new global employee program, Luvata Works, that brings together the company’s people-related initiatives under one shared vision and framework. The program is designed to strengthen employee experience, leadership, safety, and development across all Luvata locations worldwide.

Luvata Works creates a common approach to how Luvata as a company supports its employees and develops its workplace culture everywhere in the world. By combining global direction with local implementation, the program helps ensure consistent people practices while recognizing the unique needs of different locations and teams.
