Our employees enjoy working at Luvata, with some having stayed with us for over 40 years. We operate a 24/5 schedule from Monday to Friday with three shifts and offer a 5 % shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. All positions require a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds, bend, stoop, climb, reach, sit, stand, read, write, count, understand blueprints, possess good vision (can be corrected with glasses), be reliable, and be willing to work second and third shifts.
