Fully Integrated Manufacturing Process

We have developed a unique manufacturing process for cooling elements. Using continuous casting, we produce cooling channels in casted copper slabs. Our fully integrated process ensures top-grade quality from the delivery of pure cathodes to the final product.

We offer extensive production capabilities and can supply copper cooling elements in almost any shape. Our expertise in forging techniques allows us to produce uniquely shaped elements for smelting furnaces. In addition, we can produce components with hot-rolling technologies. We also manufacture cooling elements and copper slag runners based on customer drawings for applications requiring high thermal conductivity.
