Together for a Better Future: Luvata’s 2025 Highlights in Growth and Responsibility

In 2025, Luvata continued its journey towards being the leading provider of copper solutions for the benefit of People, Society and the Earth. With 10 manufacturing units across six countries on four continents, we proudly served more than a thousand customers worldwide, delivering high-quality copper products and innovative services. Below, our President & CEO, Pekka Kleemola, shares key highlights from this year.

Highlights of Luvata’s Global Operations in 2025

Luvata São Paulo’s new factory opening celebration: Luvata São Paulo’s new factory was celebrated early this year. The new factory is close to the old one. It features many improvements that enhance the safe, efficient, and more sustainable production of high-quality copper products.

Advancing AI, automation, and digitalization across Luvata: This year, Luvata companies continued to advance in AI, automation, and digitalization. Employees received ongoing training to leverage AI for professional purposes, strengthening our capabilities across the organization. We modernized production equipment and expanded the use of robotics and automated systems, driving efficiency and innovation. Additionally, we completed and progressed ERP projects that will further enhance digitalization and automation throughout all our operations.

Safety Day 2025 was a success: Luvata actively maintains a safe and secure workplace for all employees. In April, all Luvata units celebrated Safety Day. We had a unified agenda focusing on accident prevention and safety observations. The day was a success. It reinforced our dedication to workplace health and safety and elevating awareness across all Luvata companies worldwide. 

Leading Together training for Luvata leaders: The Leading Together program once again brought together Luvata leaders from around the world for a four-day training. The training focused on developing leadership skills and growing collectively as leaders.

Launch of the Planet Partnership® sustainability program: As a global company, we acknowledge our responsibility to contribute positively to a better future. To further accelerate the sustainable development of our operations and of the markets we serve, we brought together our sustainability ambitions and actions under the Planet Partnership® program.
