Susan Pitchford was Appointed as Human Resources Manager of Luvata Ohio

We are proud to announce that Susan Pitchford has been appointed as the Human Resources Manager of Luvata Ohio, Inc.

Susan began her journey at Luvata Ohio in 1997 as an Employee Relations Secretary. Her dedication and skill led to a promotion to HR Specialist in 1999, where she further developed her human resources capabilities. In 2008, Susan advanced to the position of HR Supervisor, solidifying her leadership within the department. Now, as HR Manager, she continues to guide and support the organization’s workforce from her seasoned perspective.

Before joining Luvata, Susan gained valuable experience in several fields, including Sales, Inventory Control, Real Estate, and Credit Reporting. These diverse roles provided her with a broad understanding of business operations and customer relations, skills she now leverages in her HR leadership.

Susan attended Marion Technical College (MTC), where she studied Business and Legal Studies. Her academic background laid the foundation for her successful career in human resources and business management. Susan holds the Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification, demonstrating her advanced knowledge and proficiency in HR practices. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and industry engagement.

With her extensive experience, educational background, and professional credentials, Susan Pitchford is well-equipped to lead the HR function at Luvata Ohio, Inc. Her career reflects a dedication to growth, leadership, and excellence in human resources.
